This stunning necklace was handmade by Franziska Neusser in Vienna from high-quality glass beads and cotton yarn.
This endless glass bead necklace without a clasp is simply pulled over the head and can be presented on your favorite side depending on your mood.
In the traditional technique of crocheting glass beads, 2 millimeter glass beads are threaded onto cotton yarn. The pattern is determined as the beads are threaded. For one centimeter of finished necklace, 50 beads are used.
Each glass bead is individually crocheted into a tube shape with a diameter of 10 millimeters. This creates a three-dimensional patterned tube, the two ends of which are sewn together to form a finished necklace.
